Dr. Cost: I would say our commitment to not only excellent clinical outcomes in delivering great smile, but I would say making sure that we are a solution-focused office. So, you know, I’ve had the experience of going to a dentist in college, and they really gave me a bad guilt-trip of it. You know, they made me kind of feel like what I was doing wrong and instead of focusing on what I was doing right. And that experience always stuck with me. And I can’t tell you how often I have patients tell me the reason why they don’t like coming to dentists, is because they’ve had a bad experience like that. We are committed to being a solutions-focused practice. I’m not here to beat you up or make you feel bad about what you have or haven’t done. Like, we need to know enough about where you’ve been to know where we need to go and deliver a great smile for you.

Man: I was referred here by my aunt. She was coming in and she was telling me how great the staff and Dr. Cost were, and I’m like, “Okay.” You know, coming here, they are very friendly.

A smile, it makes your whole face, if you lose teeth, it just change your face, you know, and when you got some teeth, they’re straight, white-looking teeth. It just, you like normal person. Y’all was smiling all the time when I arrived here. And I didn’t smile that much when I got here.
